Shipping times

All orders will be shipped within 5 business* days and you should receive an email when this occurs. Please check your spam folder if you feel as though you might have missed it!
If you chose guaranteed tracking at checkout you will receive a tracking number within your email.
Some items such as stickers, postcards and greeting cards might not include tracking if you don’t chose this option at checkout. This is our way to make sure there are inexpensive shipping options available for those small orders.
Please be familiar with your country’s customs fees upon receiving international mail as this will be your responsibility to pay.
We really appreciate you double checking your address before checking out! If your order is shipped and returned to me due to a faulty address it is your responsibility to pay the shipping once more. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.

Packaging

We do our best to move away from using plastic on most products but all original paintings will be shipped in a cellophane bag to protect from any water damage that could possibly occur in the worst case scenario of shipping! Prints are hand-wrapped carefully in acid-free glassine/tissue paper and shipped in a flat mailer. In order to minimize packaging, If you order multiple prints or cards, they will all be wrapped in the same package. If you need things individually wrapped, please email allison@blindthesun about your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

returns

We do not accept any exchanges or returns. if you are ordering shirts or clothing of any kind, please double check the size charts and make sure you get the right size for you!
